Bodnar O. Development of the grain market in Ukraine

Object of Research: the processes of development of the grain market in Ukraine; the subjects of the grain market: the grain effecting agricultural enterprises, enterprise for grain stocking up, processing and realization.Purpose of Research: development of the methodical approaches for improvement of the basic directions of grain market's stable development by way of system economic levers with definition of its priority in dependence on a situation in the market.Methods: system, comprehensive approach, dialectical method, historical, statistic -economic, calculation - constructional, balance, abstractly-logical, analysis and synthesis.Theoretical and practical results: the system methodical approaches for stable and balanced development of the grain market in Ukraine in modern economic conditions are substantiated.Scientific novelty: the comprehensive approach to the decision of an effective operation problem of the domestic grain market is justified, in which the stabilization of the offer is priority in a system of state economic regulators in the grain market in the modern conditions of its development; the determination of necessity of a grain per capita, necessary for bread effecting and products from an animal effecting at a level of maintenance of minimum and rational norms of consumption are offered; a periodization of domestic grain market development is specified; methodical approach to operational estimation of utility of a grain market price for the agricultural commodity producers is improve; the legislative ensuring of operation the grain market state regulation mechanism and the approaches to determination of optimal volumes of export of a domestic grain on a perspective are advanced.Degree of application: the results of research considered and used in work of Administration of a coordination the agrarian policy realization of Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Department of the economic strategy and development of the agrarian market of the Ministry of agrarian policy ofUkraine, Central administrative board of agroindustrial development of Khmelnitsky regional state administration, LTD "Bonus - Plus", Kamenets-Podolsky, Khmelnitsky region.Efficiency: application of research results will promote building of conditions of the grain market's stable development in Ukraine, achievement of complete maintenance of domestic necessities in a grain and overgrowth of an export potential, maintenance of utility of grain market transactions for the producer and state.Sphere, field of the use: Agro-Industrial Complex.
