Роloz A. Improvement of the Efficiency of Convective Drying of Lumber (on exemple of conditional material)

Object are saw-timbers from wood pine-tree. A purpose is the increase of efficiency of the convective drying by scientifically substantiated combination of atmospheric and chamber methods of drying of saw-timbers (on the example of conditional material). During conducting of research the classic method of experimental researches is used. Novelty – it is certain that the processes of the atmospheric and chamber drying are described by equalizations for the second conditional period of handing down speed of drying, the value of coefficients of drying is first got, humidity con-daction and humidity return, that allows to specify theoretical equalizations for determination of duration of drying of wood for the atmospheric and next chamber method of drying. The method of determination of humidity exchanging coefficients is specified from the experimental curves of drying and curves of speed of drying. Results – recommendations are developed in relation to creation of scientifically substanti-ated through technology of the combined atmospheric-chamber drying of saw-timbers of soft leafy breeds on the example of pine-tree, the movable ventilator setting is offered for intensification of atmospheric drying of saw-timbers which the Declarative patent of Ukraine is got on. It is incul-cated on two enterprises of woodworking industry.
