Saprykina I. Natural person's honour, dignity and business reputation protection in the Ukrainian legislation (according to the court practice materials).

The dissertation is dedicated to complex investigation of problems of natural person's honour, dignity and business reputation protection in the Ukrainian legislation according to the court practice materials. In the first place a conception of private unproperty rights in the civil law theory is analyzed; the right to respect for dignity and honour is investigated along with inviolability of business reputation as a private unproperty right. The private right nature of these rights is determined. The sources of regulation of social relations in the area of natural person's honour, dignity and business reputation protection are analyzed; problems of the legislative regulation are determined. Grounds for rise and subject composition of legal relations concerning natural person's honour, dignity and business reputation protection and means of protection of these rights according to Ukrainian legislation giving proper weight to the new Ukrainian Civil Code regulations are put into research by the exampleof personal author's legal proceedings practice.
