Essay

In the thesis for the first time the integral and systematic research of Hanna Barvinok's creative work (artistic prosa, memoirs, epistolary intercourse) is carried out. In the first section the writer's romantic prosa models are reviewed from the position of the Ukrainian "philosophy of heart" (cordocentrism). The impact of cordocentrism on the problems and poetic manner of the works of short prosa is also evaluated in this part.
