The results of laparoscopic cholecystectomies (LCE) at calculous cholecystitis in different-sex patients with various types of constitutional body build were analyzed. Anthropometric investigations of patients with calculous cholecysrtitis showed that the patients with normosthenic type of bode build prevailed. By means of correlative-regressive analysis of anthropometric data of operated patients according coefficients for each sex and type of constitutional body build were determined optimum points of trocar puncture in epigastry at LCE. The advantages of LCE of three trocar approach at patients with various types of constitutional body build were shown. The analysis of prognosis of LCE complicity showed the high authenticity level of suggested USI signs. Comparative analysis of LCE efficiency showed that the introduction of three trocar approach, taking into account the type of constitutional body build of patients with calculous cholecystitis, allowed to reduce the frequency of intraoperative complications from 7,9 % to 0,5 % as compared to classical four trocar approach and frequency of postoperative complications from 4,2 % to 2,3 % accordingly.
