Dissertation|thesis| is devoted studed| mechanisms of the development of the reperfusion| | syndrome and prophylaxis and his|its| treatment of the reperfusion| | damage of fabrics of lower|bottom| extremities|endings,limbs| during the leadthrough of the surgical treatment of the patients with atherosclerotic occlusion of the terminal part of abdominal aorta and main|arterial| arteries of lower|bottom| extremities|endings,limbs| in the conditions of chronic critical ischemia. Work is based on the inspected and the surgical treatment 159 patients with the atherosclerotic occlusion of the | terminal part of abdominal aorta and the main|arterial| arteries of the lower|bottom| extremities|endings,limbs|. During the leadthrough of renewal of blood stream on the aorto-femoral segments it is necessary to take into account the haemodynamic features of main|arterial| and the collateral| homodynamic of the| arteries and to conduct the reconstruction of the distall| arterial river-bed of lower|bottom| extremity|ending,limb| with higher peripheral resistance.
