Essay

The dissertation deals with the actual problem of treating pacients with nodular colloid goiter. In cases of vague and questionable findings of cytological investigations karyometry proved to be highly specific method of the differential diagnosis. Pathogenically and clinically well-reasoned indications to the surgical treatment of the patients with nodular colloid goiter were proposed. The improved technique of the operations on the thyroid gland. Introducing of our method's held to decrease numbers of the intraoperative complications more than 3 times, and recovering of the goiter more than 6 times.
