Popelyuk N. The peculiarities of clinical course and complex treatment of gastroduodenal pathology in children

The dissertation is devoted to study of questions of increase of the efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of chronic gastroduodenal pathology in children taking into account the age peculiarities and on the basis of optimization of the self descriptiveness of modern clinical, endoscopic, laboratory, morphological parameters and condition of a mucous barrier of the stomach. The criteria of the risk of repeated Helicobacter pylori infection on the basis of the factorial analysis in children with chronic gastroduodenal pathology are formulated. The technique of carrying out of intracavital electrophoresis in children with the diseases of gastroduodenal zone is developed and approved; the efficiency is proved and the expediency of usage of intracavital electrophoresis with kvamatel in complex therapy of gastroduodenal diseases in children is proved, which promotes improvement of functioning of a mucous barrier taking into consideration its initial condition.
