The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical-experimental study of the psychological factors of activity of the unemployed. In the research the components of the subjective potential were analyzed as the defining psychological factors of the person's activity. The defined proprium of the subjective potential of activity consists of such components: affective, value-reflex and instrumental, self-regulative.
