. The object - varieties of soya Vityaz 50, Valuta and Deimous and also 14 strains of nodule bacterium's Bradyrhizobium japonicum. The aim is to perfect soya growing technology by means of beforesowing working of seeds by different strains Bradyrhizobium japonicum. The methods are stationary field experience, supervision, methods of biological control, methods of biochemical plants research, statistic data processing, economic estimation. Result It's determined, that in the soya bean's symbiosis with nodule bacterium's is possible to achieve maximum effect only with an absolute plant's and nodule bacterium's genotypes accordance. It's revealed, that not only host-plant, it's variety peculiarities and physiological condition, plays an important part for the increase of effect's level of nitrogen fixing system of leguminous plants and also genotype of micro symbiosis and it's payment to the common effect of symbiotic combination of atmosphere's nitrogen. The results are of investigations show, that thecultures of nodule bacterium's Bradyrhizobium japonicum 71T and Bradyrhizobium japonicum M8 are most effective for the processing of varieties of soya bean Vityaz 50, Valuta, Deimous seeds. During the processing of soya bean seeds by these cultures, such biochemical indexes of growth and evolution, as the weight of the plants, number and weight of nodules, height of the plants, height of the fastening of lower bean, an area of leaf surface, nitrogenization activity of nodules were better. Also, these both cultures provided provided the highest indexes of primary parameters and quality of production. The sphere of application - is the production of soya seeds.
