Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to define the notion, classification and functional application of decisions of appeal degree of jurisdiction. The author researches appellate proceeding as a form of inspection of judgments of courts of the first appearance, charges for rapidity of final accommodation criminal cases, abidance of principles of criminal process in this stage. The research also contains proposals of concrete amendments of articles of Criminal and Procedural Code about protection of rights and legal interests of parties in appeal cognizance and other ways of accelerating legal proceedings.
