Object - cultivated and wild plants in the crops and herbs link of crops rotation, soil, soil fertilizers, crop protection products; methods - field method, laboratory method, mathematical and statistical method; innovation - optimization of water, agriphysical, agrichemical and biological characteristics of agrophytocenosis ecological environment under the influence of ecological agriculture and turn and subsurface system of basic tillage in crops rotation was determined. A positive balance of available elements of plant mineral nutrition, increase of humus content in the soil, effective control of field weediness was discovered on application of the system; results - practical, economic, energetic and ecological expediency of ecological agriculture system application is proved; branch - agriculture, farming.
