Early gestosis (vomiting) of pregnant. Purpose of the study: To determine immunological factors in the pathogenesis of early gestosis of pregnant and to improve the methods of treatment of this complication in pregnant for im-provement of maternal and perinatal parameters. Methods of the study: Clinical laboratory, immunological, bio-chemical, ultrasound, statistical methods. Practical significance: The suggested volume and spectrum of immunological tests together with the clinical laboratory findings allowed to obtain more complete and objective information about the peculiarities of early gestosis development in pregnant and the role of immunological component in the pathogenesis of the dis-ease. A new pathogenetically substantiated method of EG treat-ment using cryopreserved spleen (CS) was worked out, its high ef-ficacy when compared with the traditional method was proven. The suggested method allowed to reduce the terms of hospital stay, de-crease the number of cases of abortion, reduce the time of disabil-ity. Novelty of the obtained results: For the first time, the findings of immunological research were used to assess cytokine profile and its correlation with the peculiarities of cellular and humoral immunity and factors of nonspecific resistants of the organism in pregnant with EG. The role of immunological component in the pathogenesis of early gestosis was studied. For the first time CS was used to correct immunological and biochemical impairments as well as to prevent the relapses of the disease in complex treat-ment of EG. The analysis of clinical changes, immunological and biochemical parameters showed that the use of CS positively influences the clinical course of pregnancy, allows to normalize water-electrolyte balance, restore cellular and tissue homeostasis, increase the efficacy of therapy foe this pathology and to create favorable conditions for further course of pregnancy, growth and development of the fetus. Introduction: The developed method of treatment for early gestosis was introduced into the work of gynecology departments of maternity hospitals No. 1, 5 (Kharkiv), CDH of Krasnograd, Zachepilovka, Kegichevka (Kharkiv Region). A patent for invention was obtained (№ 20040705561 UА "A method of treatment for early gestosis of pregnant"). Sphere of application: medicine, obstetrics and gynecology.
