Object of the research: process of formation and development of realization's system of the cattle breeding production. Purpose of the research: theoretical motivation aspects of formation of realization's system of the cattle breeding production and to elaborate proposals and practical measures about of its advantage and development. Methods: dialectical method, system approach, abstract-logical, methods to analogies and comparisons, monographic, methods statistician-economic analysis, graphic, , analysis and synthesis, extrapolation, comparing analysis, calculate-constructive etc. Theoretical and practical results: worded scientific positions there is central to decision theoretical and practical problems to formation of civilisal and transparent of realization's system of the cattle breeding production sn Ukraine. The main results of research can be used by government management organization, scientific and research institution for elaboration of positions and programs of cattle breeding branch development, infastructure of agricultural market and sn practical activity of agricultural enterprises. Scientific novelty: theoretical motivated the model of organizations and to plase in various positions wholesale markets of cattle in Ukraine; the essence of the economic efficiency of agricultural producers from realization of the cattle breeding production by the wholesale markets; the advanced of economic notions of "wholesale trade"; the advanced conceptual provisions of organization and development of the activities for wholesale's enterprises; the advanced the tendencies and regularities of organizations to produce of the cattle breeding production of agricultural enterprises; the basic ways of improving realization's system of the cattle breeding production are substantiated in the thesis as the ways of formation of the territorial and specialized markets, extendsion of their functions, detection of activities of spontaneous market to the civilized channel. Degree of the introduction: the main results of thesis research are used about elaboration of law and in the agricultural enterprises of Chernigov region Efficiency: introduction result research will assist formation of marketin of realization's system of the cattle breeding production and promising, transparent of realization's process of the cattle breeding production ways of use elements of the marketing wholesale trade infastructure (wholesale markets) in Ukraine. Area of usage: organs of state management, enterprises of agro-industrial complex.
