The object - the mechanism of state support for agriculture as the factor of creation equally favorable macroeconomic conditions promotion of its reflection at the certain market environment. The purpose - the development of effective state support for agriculture, implementation of which would guarantee agricultural production at the level of product safety and satisfy the requirements of WTO. The methods - monographic, inductive, inferential, method of systematization, method of analysis and synthesis, economic analysis, comparison, questionnaire design, graphic. The novelty - the conception of state support for agriculture of Ukraine which provides transformation for complex system-defined branch and for rural development is elaborated, that in its turn provides production support, development of market infrastructure, producers' profit regulation in correlation with formation of favorable living environment in rural areas support.
