Linguistic and communication factors, determining the necessity of interpreting norms of Constitution and legislation and substantiating the ontology of authorities of Ukraine's Constitutional Court on interpreting the Constitution have been analyzed. The aim of interpreting the norms due to the structure of legal relations and notion of the legal norm are clarified. The role of Ukraine's Constitutional Court interpreting practice providing the direct action of the Constitution and its supremacy in law-enforcement practice has been analyzed. Due to the theory of discurse and certain legal communications the linguistic and logic functions of the acts of Ukraine's Constitutional Court interpretation as supplying the realization of meta-linguistic principles of communication are generalized. The strategies of the interpretation of Constitution norms are generalized. The role of interpretation of legal norms in the judicial procedure due to its effectiveness within the notion of the appropriate discursehas been analyzed. The linguistic and logical destructive and constructive components characterizing the style of modern legal-interpreting practice basing on comparative home and European traditions are generalized.
