Kolomiyets N. Economic and Organizational Legal Machineries of Warning to the Bankruptcy of Enterprise Structures

Object: financial-economic activity of enterprises and processes of prevention of their bankruptcy. Aim: ground of theoretical-methodical bases of prevention of bankruptcy of enterprises and development of economic and organizational-legal machineries of their realization. Methods: complex analysis and synthesis, formal and informal logic, economic analysis economic-statistical, system. Results: the conceptual requirements are grounded to construction of organizational-economic mechanism of prevention of bankruptcy of domestic enterprises, methodical approaches to the choice of strategy of prevention of bankruptcy are improved. Use: in activity of the Lviv regional territorial branch of the Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine and Lviv regional service of Ukrainian state investment examination.
