Essay

The objects are the uncompleted texts of M.O.Nekrasov. The aims are to discover image-thematic constants in Nekrasov's prose and to determine its place in the dialectics of the writer's literary personality. The methods are genetic, comparative and typological. The research for the first time enables to get rid of particularly ideological judgements on the stories and novels of M.O.Nekrasov, to revise the existing overview of their low artistic level. The discovery of image-thematic constants in Nekrasov's prose makes it possible to determine its place and role in the literary process of that time. Nekrasov's novels typified the "mass" literature, were designed for a most wider circle of readers. The sphere of use is training activity.
