Essay

The thesis deals with an increasing of efficacy of a rehabilitative therapy for patients with ischemic stroke on the base of data from clinical, psychodiagnostic, and CT investi-gations of 98 patients with ischemic stroke during 1 year. In this work data concerning an incidence, peculiarities of clinical manifestations of cognitive impairments and depression in dynamics during 1 year after ischemic stroke are presented. Factors influencing on de-velopment and progress of cognitive impairments and depressive disorders are determined on the base of clinical and CT comparisons. New criteria of outcomes of ischemic stroke are proposed and schemes of a rehabilitative therapy for the patients are added with an in-cluding of antidepressants and medications, which improve cognitive functions.
