Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of human right for the effective state protection of rights and freedoms. The general concept of legal means is analysed, the classification of such means is suggested. The kinds of social activity aiming at human rights protection are investigated. The general concept of human rights state legal protection is shaped. On the basis of the mentioned notions the notion of the legal remedy is suggested. The general notion of effectiveness of human rights remedies is substantiated.
