The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of public administation as a part of the theory of state and law. The dissertation contains the complex analysis of the doctrines of public administration and comparative characteristics of the basic methodological features of the law science of public administration and other law sciences. The dissertation also contains definitions of the subject of inquiry and the subject of investigation of the law science of public administration. The subject of inquiry of the law science of public administration is the regulative function of law. The subject of investigation of the law science of public administration is the managerial function of law. The metodology of the law science of public administration involves all methods of law scienses, but the busic methods are the system aproach and the integrative method. The basic categories of the law science of public administration are the categories and notions derived from the category "managerial function of law".
