Fedyuk L. The System of Personal Nonproperty Rights in the Civil Law.

The work is devoted to the complex investigation system of personal nonproperty rights as a civil legal category by means of analysing scientific investigations and legislation in the sphere of given rights, comparisons devoted to them norms of Civil code of Ukraine and the countries of the Union of Independent States. The subject belonging of personal nonproperty relations to the civil law is proved in the dissertation. Diffirent theories concerning the above-mentioned subject are proposed. The author gives her own definition of personal nonproperty rights on the basis of their characteristic features. After the detailed analysis of interrelations of the given rights their new classifications are proposed. A special attention is paid to the examination of the system of personal nonproperty rights through the structure, through the classification, and as a natural one.
