The object of research: process of forming of capital of a joint-stock company; the purpose of work: theoretical substantiation, development of methodical theses and scientific-practical recommendations of forming of capital of a stock company, a technique of research and equipment: analysis and synthesis, classification, statistical and technical-economic analysis, linear programming, graphical, theoretical and practical results: methodical approach for definition of type of a system of forming of capital of a joint-stock company, theoretical substantiation of economical essence and contents of the process of forming of capital of a joint-stock company, methodical approach for determination of optimal structure of capital of a joint-stock company, methods of estimation of investment attraction of stock, improvement of organizational-economic provision of the process of forming of capital of a joint-stock company; practical significance of the obtained results: application of the developed methods, methodical approaches and recommendations allow to coordinate the activities of economical department of a stock company, to shorten the terms and price of attracting resources, to raise the efficiency of financial-economic activities and to precipitate the processes of development of enterprise, a subject and a degree of introduction: the methods are applied in practical work of the joint-stock company “Kharkov plant of tractor engines”, Kharkov, state enterprise “Kharkov electromechanical plant”, Kharkov; sphere of use: industrial activities of machine-building enterprises, organized in the form of joint-stock companies, educational process.
