Azhaman I. Organizational-economical basis of formation and functioning of the market of seed grain crops

A research object is the market of seed corn cultures of Ukraine and Odessa's region as aggregate of relations between producers and users of seminal material. A research purpose is development of theoretically-methodical approaches to forming of market of seed corn cultures and ground of organizationally-economic measures on his effective functioning. Substantive provisions scientific novelty - the scientific prognosis of demand and supply of seed corn cultures is developed on the basis of decision of sectional economic-mathematical model of optimization of placing and specialization of agrarian production of Plant-breeding-genetic institute and uses of balance method; the algorithm of determination of competitiveness of seed of sorts of corn cultures is developed, which foresees application of integral index, algorithm of determination of duration of market life cycle of sorts of corn cultures which is based on the dynamics of volumes of sale of seed of different classifications groups. Degree of introduction are research results are inculcated in practical activity of Ukrainian academy of agrarian sciences, Head management of agroindustrial development of Odessa regional state administration, Plant-breeding-genetic institute and his researches economies and in the educational process of the Odessa state agrarian university. The sphere (region) of the use is agrarian economics and agroindustrial complex.
