Object оf a research are processes of the use of the landed resources by the agricultural enterprises of the Mykolaiv region. A research purpose is deepening of theoretical -methodical principles that development of practical recommendations in relation to development of the landed relations and increase of economic efficiency of the use of agricultural earths. Research methods - cross-correlation is regressive; grouping.Theoretical and practical results of research are accepted to introduction - for the re-calculation of money estimation of agrarian earths; during the leadthrough of expert money estimation of agrarian earths; stimulations of the rational use and guard of earths.
