Essay

The object of research: processes of wheels' press forming and rolling. The aim of reasearch: the advancing of mathematical models, of methods for calibrations' computer design and on their base of resource-saving technologies for wheels' press forming and rolling by means of wheel blanks' asymmetry decrease on all aggregates of press rolling line, and also of transition on precise on a mass blanks. The simulation of metal' flow in the zone of deformation and metal' resistance to deformation is fulfilled analytically. The development of mathematical model of the wheel blanks' press forming process is fulfilled on a base of calculated recognized schedule experiment's and finite elements' methods . The experimental data are obtained by trial researches. The mathematical model of the process of wheel bars press forming designed that providing, at designing calibrations, operating calculation of degree of fullness by metal of dies in zones of a rim and nave, and also forces of press forming. The methods for calibrations computer design for wheels' press forming and rolling are improved. These model and methods were used for perfecting of flow diagrams, methods and calibrations on OJSC "Nizhnedneprovsky Tube Rolling Plant", OJSC "Vyksunsky Metallurgical Plant", OJSC "Kulebakies Metallurgical Plant".
