The dissertation covers the problems of administrative staff motivation system building as a component of enterprise strategy with the purpose of increase the administrative labour productivity. The author offers the enterprise administrative staff directed stimulation by different management levels. This circuit reflects the strategic approach to the motivation process and allows to correct elements and stages of the process. The necessity and practical opportunity of attraction of intellectual information technologies - expert systems of "approximate reasonings" - to the decision of problems of administrative staff motivation system as a component of enerprise strategy is proved.
