Zabolotna A. Prediction, Diagnostics and Prevention of Placental Insufficiency in Pregnants at high risk group of its advance

Thesis is dedicated to the reduction of placental insufficiency rate in pregnants women at high risk for its advance. Study results of functional condition of fetoplacental complex are presented. Improved prognostic and preventive measures have been developed. Risk factors of placental insufficiency advance have been revealed and confirmed. These complications are anemia of pregnancy, late gestosis and renal inflammation. Pregnants with these complications are shown to have hemodynamics and endocrine function of fetoplacental complex disorders. These complications cause placental insufficiency advance, fetal hypoxia and intrauterine growth retardation. Prognostic criteria for prediction of placental insufficiency advance and birth of children with hypoxia in pregnants at high risk have been worked out. Scientific description is presented and effectiveness of improved medical preventive complex for pregnants at high risk for renal inflammation has been proved.
