Kostareva L. Prophylaxis of perinatal pathology of pregnant women with the syndrome of placenta insufficiency of infectious genesis

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of actual question of modem obstetrics and gynecology - improving of efficiency of prophylaxis of perinatal pathology of pregnant women with the syndrome of placenta insufficiency of infectious genesis. During research was determined certain features of motion of gestationai period at placenta insufficiency of infectious genesis, state of microbiocenosis of vagina in pregnant women with placenta insufficiency on a background of infection at a mother, mechanisms of influencing on perinatal infections on the state of fetus and placenta. First certain features of cellular, humoral and interferone links of the immune system a pregnant women with placenta insufficiency of infectious genesis and their changes under act of complex medical treatment with the use of human recombinant interferon alpha-2 and intravenous ozonotherapy. Developed method of prevention of perinatal pathology in pregnant with syndrome of placenta insufficiency of infectious genesis by the inclusion in complex medical treatment the human recombinant interferon alpha-2 and intravenous ozonotherapy. Timely diagnostics and differentiated correction will allow to provide the intensive obstetric help for minimization of intranatal asphyxia, to decrease the indexes of perinatal morbidity and death rate and will improve the remote consequences for such newboms.
