Object: leasing activity of enterprises. Purpose: development of new scientific positions and suggestions from perfection of organizational-economic mechanism of activation of leasing activity of industrial enterprises on the basis of systems analysis of existent scientific-methodical approaches, legislation and experience of development of leasing relations in foreign countries. Methods: analysis and synthesis abstract-logical, comparison, economic-mathematical, monographic. Results: the methods of differentiation are first grounded between the financial and operative leasing, recommendations from perfection of activity of domestic leasing companies are developed. The use: in activity of Chernivtsi regional state administration, at teaching of disciplines «Economy and organization of production», «Economy of enterprise», «Finances of enterprises».
