Babich I. The Contract for Processing on a "give and take" basis.

Dissertation is devoted to complex research of relations which have place in the contract for processing on a "give and take" basis. Theoretical and practical problems arising up in the field of the processing raw materials on a "give and take" basis are researched by the author. A concept, legal nature of the contract for processing on a "give and take" basis and also its place among similar civil legal contracts are defined. Legal nature and legal content of work of this contract's executor are considered too. Author investigates the forming process of a new kind of contract in legal system of civil contracts. Special attention is paid to the object of a contract, clauses of the contract for processing on a "give and take" basis and its peculiarities. Legal description of parties to an analyzed contract is given. The analysis of content (rights and obligations of the parties to a contract) of the contract for processing on a "give and take" basis as the legal relationship is worked out. Also the responsibility of parties to a contract in case of breach their obligations is examined. Grounded scientific and practical recommendations and suggestions concerning perfection of legislative regulation of relations in the contract for processing on a "give and take" basis are developed and offered by the author.
