Dissertation present a complex investigation of guardianship as way of protection of the rights for persons' property. For the first time the author worked out the doctrine's attribute of guardianship as way of protection of the rights for persons' property across the complex protective standards and other legal means which direct to the provision and realization the subjective rights of very young of tenders years, nonactivity persons and other who can't realize their independent rights and duties in result their long absence in the residence, in their normal development and provision their restore rights and interests incase their breach. The system of components have been define in the work which makes up the maintenance of civil-law position of members guardianship relations, analyzed the order of management the property by guardians, investigated the realization such properties rights by guardians and the order and ways of their protection in case their breach. Scientific-theoretical and practical recommendations on improvement the legal regulation relations which appearance in results keep property under observation and realize guardianship.
