Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the research of processes occuring during dedusting of gases. Introduction of the improved rotational apparatus allows the decrease of the finished product loss, environ- mental and working facilities pollution, and in general slightly cut down the production price. It was determined that at present the majority of production equipment is subject to reconsruction by means of introduction of resource-saving apparatus and technologies. A promising trend in the development of novel equipment is the rota- tional apparatus in which the finished product is returned directly to production plants. production. Just like whirlers the rotational dedusters are easy to use, mount and operate, and also reliable. The proposed design of the rotational apparatus shows the improved technological parameters, firstly the high dedusting rate with preservation of the dried milk quality.
