The object of the study is the processes of forming and development of production and technical maintenance of agrarian enterprises in the market conditions. In dissertation first conducted market segmentation of production and techni-cal services after all basic segments: major, middle and small concerns of different organizational and legal forms; farmer economies, the personal peasant economies and models are offered of integration of producers of agricultural product and attendant structures. An organizational and production structure is improved of production subsection from the techni-cal maintenance of producers of agricultural product due to introduction to its composition of highly productive technique and application of progressive technology of till of soil and methodology of economic design, that is based on applied of methods of expert estimations and conjuncture questioning
