Senyuta I. Human right to health protection and its legislative securing in Ukraine (general theoretical research)

Dissertation is devoted to the complex general theoretical analysis of the human right to health protection and the characteristic of the legislative securing of this right in Ukraine. The definition of the concept is suggested and the structure of the human right to health protection as a general social (natural) phenomenon is opened in the research and the law nature of this human right is analysed according to Ukrainian jurisprudence. The place and the role of the right to health protection is defined in the legal status of the man and the citizen in Ukraine and recommendations and suggestions concerning the improvement of the legislative securing to health protection and developed and grounded, in particular, medical aid service.
