Sheremet O. Legal Regulation of Organisation and Activity of Complete Companies

Object of research: the legal relations concerning organization and activity of complete companies. The purpose of research: development of scientific situations and offers on perfection of legal regulation of organization and activity of complete companies in Ukraine in a direction of revival of practical use of this organization-legal form and increase of efficiency of managing. Methods of research: dialectic, rather - legal, historical, system, method of the analysis and synthesis, formal-logical, logical-legal. Theoretical meaning: a deepening of theoretical development of questions of legal regulation of organization and activity of a complete companies. Practical meaning: the offers on perfection of legal regulation of organization and activity of complete companies in Ukraine should form the basis for modification in the current legislation. The separate situations were used by Chernigov Region Representatives in Ukraine on questions regulator of politics and business in Chernigov area, and alsoin educational process at teaching educational disciplines "Economic right " and "Economic legislation " in the Chernigov State Institute of Economy and Management in Ukraine. Scientific novelty: defines the legal nature of the complete company, provides directions of development of the law of complete companies. Legal nature of the constituant law is defined, legislative definition of the nature of the concept of the complete company as a kind of economic company is developed. Types of complete companies are defined. The necessity of determining of the general principle of optional regulation of inner relations is proved. Legal regulation of contents of the constituant agreement in a complete company is improved. Ways of development of methods of management of a complete company are indicated. The aspect of legal treatment of property, rights, duties and responsibility of participants of a complete company is cosidered. Proposals as for the law are indicated. Sphere of use: the subjects of the legislative initiative for perfection of the legislation; the subjects of economic during realization of economic activity; higher educational institutions for use in educational process
