Rudyka O. Development of innovative potential of enterprise in a transformation economy

Object of research: development processes of innovative potential of the enterprises; the purpose of work: summarizing and developing the theoretical and methodical approaches for estimation of innovative potential of the enterprises as well as development of practical recommendations on formation of strategy of their economic growth based on the development of innovative potential; methods of research and techniques: system approach, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, method of expert judgments, taxonomic and clustering analysis, graphic method, matrix approach, comparison and summarizing techniques; theoretical and practical results: upgrading of concept definition “innovation” and “innovative potential of enterprise” as well as methods of estimation of innovative potential; further development was given in methods of quantitative estimation of innovative potential and level of economic growth of coke oven and by-product plants and methodical approach to strategic positioning of enterprises; practical recommendations given in work allow to carry out the reasonable estimation of innovative potential and to introduce the specific activities for its formation and development on the enterprises of Ukraine; subject and degree of introduction: the subject of research is theoretical statements and organizational and methodical provisions for estimation of innovative potential of enterprises and strategy of their development; recommendations on estimation of innovative potential of enterprises have been implemented into “Dneprokoks” - State Institute of coke oven and by-product plants and JSC “Alchevskkoks” - steel industrial plant.
