Grachov O. Enterprise Flexibility Development Management

The object of the research is the process of development of the industrial enterprises flexibility; the aim of the dissertation is theoretical substantiation and methodological support elaboration of the enterprise flexibility development management; research methods and tools: the system approach, analysis, synthesis, cluster analysis, regressive analysis, graphic analysis and a method of the hierarchies analysis; theoretical value of the research is the factors determining the characteristic features of enterprise flexibility management that were revealed and classified; an integrated quantitative index for enterprise flexibility assessment which takes into account organizational and technological opportunities of enterprise flexibility and enterprise financial ability creation to restore production that was proved and determined; the practical value of the received results is that they allow to use in a complex modern methods of enterprises management and give a set of methodological instructions tobuild up IT facilities to maintain any enterprise flexibility for grounded making management decisions; a subject and degree of impact are introduced into practical activities at "Turboatom" plc, the government plant «Kharkiv enterprise "Proton", the government plant «Kharkiv machine building enterprise FED»; the research application environment: the machine building enterprises industrial activity and educational process.
