Bilyayev V. The treatment and prophylaxis of the purulent- septic and thromboembolic complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

The dissertation dedicated to the problem of prophylaxis and treatment of purulent-septic and thromboembolic complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) performed. It has been proved an advantage of prophylaxis of purulent-septic and thromboembolic complications scheme which foresee by taking into account the risk factors. This scheme includes: the use of antibiotics (cephalosporins I and II generations), some technical methods during the laparoscopic cholecystectomy performed, which consider the pathogenetic mechanisms of purulent complications, and also carrying out the dynamic ultrasonic monitoring in postoperative period. The most effective scheme of prophylaxis of thromboembolic complications is the integrated pathogenetic approach of prevention of thrombosis which involve physical (mechanical) arrangements and medicines (phraxiparin).
