The dissertation is dedicated to optimization of treatment of patients with inflammatory diseases of female genitalies. The aim of the study was to improve the efficiency of the therapy using immunomodulator amixin and ozonotherapy. 114 women were under observation. The elaborated complex method of treatment inflammatory diseases of female genitalies of mixed etiology eliminates clinical and microbiological lesions. It normalizes the injured immunological status, decreases the amount of relapses, it also promotes the follow-up results of the treatment.
