The dissertation is devote to revealing increase of efficacy of amiodarone by compined using of membranoprotective in patient with ischemic heart disease and persistent of atrial fibrillation. Under long antiarrhythmias preventive therapy beside sick with frequent relapse AF is revealled increase action membranoprotective - quercetinum to antiarrhythmias effect amiodaron when use the combinations amiodaron + quercetinum. In the same way, the protective action quercetinum was revealled to side reaction amiodaron. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions.
