Drilling mud. Increasing of the drilling efficiency by means of optimal selection of drilling mud conditioning prescriptions. The methods of design of experiment, mathematic programming, data analyses. The designed methodology of the optimal prescription selection for drilling mud conditioning is based on the new formulation of the investigation task with the flexible selection of optimization criterion depending on the geotechnical conditions of drilling. The expert system «MudExpert» was designed for provision of the optimal prescription selection for drilling mud conditioning. The field of the use is the hole drilling.
