Chernat V. The obligations arising out in connection with rescuing of health and life of the physical person.

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of the obligations on rescuing of health and life of the physical person in modern Ukrainian civil legislation and defining of the ways of perfection of their legal regulation. The conception, legal nature, particularities of subjects, object and maintenance of these obligations have been characterized. A detailed analysis of the grounds and condition ofarising of the obligations connected with rescuing of health and life of the physical person have been presented. Recommendations forimprovement of the law regulation of the order of injury compensation in obligations arising out in connection with rescuing of health and life of the physical person have been put forward.
