Essay

It was found that 58% coalminers of mine complex work in harmful conditions of low frequency noise (31,5-125 Hz), 52% - low frequency whole body vibration (1-16 Hz). Hand-arm vibration on working places (59 %) is characterized by maximum levels of oscillatory energy on low frequences (8-16 Hz). About 27% of working places are under the influence of infrasound. The Main sources of infrasound and low frequency noise and vibration were determined. It was found that degree of temporary changes of analyzatory functions in change dynamics is in direct dependence on length of service in occupation and expositional dozes of noise and vibration. On the basis of physiological researches in underground conditions for coal miners working with miners picks there were determined periods of working shift maximum unfavorable functional disorders under which it is proposed to use measures which improve functional state of coal miners body on the working places. It is recommended to form dispensary groups in realize the measures on the rehabilitation of coal miners during this periods. Dispensary groups in coal miners be zones of occupational risks taking info account the unfavorable consequences of infrasound and low frequency noise and vibration influence on the coalminers body. A system of measures of vibration - noise pathology prevention in coal miners of coal mines was improved. Key words: coal miner, coal mine, infrasound, noise, vibration, functional state of the body, occupational risk, prevention.
