Subject of research are processes of enterprise activity management in modern economic conditions. The object of research is working out of theoretical and methodical recommendations about the organization of enterprises management on the base of commercial concession directed in the effectiveness of enterprise functioning raising and providing of its stable development. Methods of research are statistic methods, analitic methods, method of analogy, euristic methods, SWOT analysis, methods of linear programming. The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical and practical problems of financial analysis and management of enterprises that are working at the bases of commercial concession (franchising). In the work an essence of franchising relations and their specifics from the point of financial analyst are uncovered; the ways of complex use of financial analysis methods for evaluation of a present position of franchising enterprise and increasing of its activity effectiveness in future aredefined.
