Об'єкт дослідження - relations covering practice of organization of disclosure, investigation and warning of crimes connected to infringement of authorized rules of mutual relation between the servicemen. Мета дисертації - engineering theoretical bases and practical recommendations for investigation of crimes connected to infringement of authorized rules of mutual relation between the servicemen at absence of the relations of subordination. Методи дослідження - historical-legal, rather-legal, method of the system-structural analysis, formal-logic, statistical, concrete-sociological. Наукова новизна - the criminalistic characteristic of the specified category of crimes for the first time is developed; the classification of typical investigatory situations at separate stages of investigation is conducted; the extended circle of circumstances is formulated which are included into the separate ultimate fact; the forms of interaction of the inspector with agencies in charge of preliminary investigation areperfected. Практичне значення - formulation of the offers on modification and supplements in the charters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, engineering of the criminalistic recommendations on finding, disclosure, investigation and warning of crimes connected to infringement of authorized rules of mutual relation between the servicemen, methodical ensuring of functioning of system of training of personnel of the law-enforcement agencies. Суб'єкт і ступінь впровадження - the theoretical provisions, conclusions and offers of the dissertation are introduced into activity of bodies of military prosecutor's office, internal businesses, in educational process at recital of a rate "Criminalistics", "Features of investigation of separate kinds of crimes", "Organization of job of divisions of inquest and investigation".
