Thesis is devoted to the analysis and solving organizational and legal problems of personnel departments of the bodies of internal affairs of Ukraine activity. Place and role of personnel departments in the system of the Ministry of In-ternal Affairs of Ukraine are analyzed. Essence, contents and ways of personnel politics in the bodies of internal affairs are researched. Peculiarities of foundation and development of personnel departments of the bodies of internal affairs are considered in this thesis.
