Essay

Existing designs of elements of a stamp determining his working capacity are considered. In this work the influence of constructive elements of contact pressure is shown. The optimal shapes and sizes of supports of punches and supports of pushers are obtained. The influence of plate shapes (plane and with bores) on distribution of contact pressure and their level is analyses. The method of the fragile linings is de-veloped, allowing estimating character of distribution of pres-sure on contact surfaces. On the basis of methodology of functional-structural designing the model of process of de-signing of shaping-dies for bulk cold punching and extrusion is created and the structure of the distributed database for con-struction of system of the automated designing is developed.
