Object - anorectal abscess; methods - clinical, laboratory, microbiological, morphological, mathematic-statistical; novelty - for the first time it is established, that functional activity wound macrophages in the center of sharp infectious process in pararectal cell tissuedepressed and amplifies at local application chlorpromazine; for the first time efficiency of application of a multicomponent composition for local treatment of purulent wounds in a phase wound process is theoretically proved, experimentally studied and clinically confirmed; by microbiological researches it is revealed mutual potentiality action decamethoxin and metronidazole in the ratio 1:5 rather anaerobical microorganisms; results - are improved results of treatment sharp парапроктита by development and introduction in clinic of a complex of postoperative measures with application of an antiseptic hydrophilic and hydrophobic composition and chlorpromazine; branch – medicine
