Object - diffuse peritonitis of appendicular genesis, experimental excrement peritonitis; methods - clinical; laboratory; microbiological; histological; immunological; integrative; special; surgical; statistical; novelty - at first time are investigated detointoxication and decontamination features sorbogel concerning purulent of the peritoneal exudates in experiment and clinic; at first time efficiency of use sorbogel in a combination with miramistin is shown; at first time the way of treatment of a peritonitis with use of the drainage device with a sorbent and an antiseptic tank is developed, efficiency of the offered way is shown; results - increase of efficiency of complex treatment sick of a peritonitis by development and introduction of new ways of treatment with use sorbitical method; branch – medicine.
